"In my second pregnancy I discovered my baby was lying transverse. At week 35, I decided to try moxibustion and after the second session at home I experienced the little one move. I went for a scan and to my surprise and for the first time in the whole pregnancy she had shifted to head down. She stayed there until week 38, when she decided to turn again back to transverse lie, but I was then admitted to hospital and was not allowed to use moxibustion on the hospital ward. I would recommend moxibustion to any woman with a breech or transverse presentation as I am certain it helped move my stubborn daughter and if you can avoid a c-section, a natural vaginal birth is so much less painful. I also come from a medical family who were very sceptical of moxibustion, but even they were amazed by its success."

"Attilio made the acupuncture sessions relaxing and it didn't hurt
at all having the needles inserted or removed. I was also given dietary and
lifestyle advice to compliment the acupuncture. The treatment worked very well
for me and i felt my energy increase and when i rested i felt more energised
(rather than more tired as i did before). I was so impressed with how well acupuncture
had worked for me, i decided to have pre-birth acupuncture to help reduce the
likelihood of requiring interventions during labour (such as a c-section, etc).
I went into labour naturally 11 days before my due date and i had an active
labour (i did a lot of walking and sitting on my birthing ball). The only pain
relief i needed was gas and air and the 2nd phase of labour (the pushing bit)
was only 30 minutes, which is very short for a first labour apparently. I was
so impressed with acupuncture that i will definitely use it again and if you
