Acupuncture before or after exercise?
Yes, you can work out and weight lift after having acupuncture treatment.
However, if you feel light-headed, dizzy or tired then you should not exercise after your acupuncture session. Instead have something to eat, rest or have a nap. I wouldn't recommend exercising whilst on your menstrual cycle.
Try not to have a heavy meal or any processed foods 24 hours after your treatment.
