Terms and conditions

When scheduling appointments either using the online diary system, by email, text or telephone, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. I give my consent to allow Dr (TCM) Attilio D’Alberto to perform treatment on my body
2. I understand that sometimes bruising may occur after having acupuncture treatment and cupping therapy
3. I understand that I cannot cancel or reschedule my appointment within 24 hours of it beginning
4. I understand that if I do not turn up for my appointment there is no refund
5. I understand that if I am more than 15 minutes late for my appointment it will be deemed a missed appointment and there is no refund
6. I understand that Chinese herbal prescriptions are non-refundable
7. I understand that if I cancel 3 or more appointments in one go and request a refund, 3% will be deducted from the appointment fee to cover the card processor fees
8. I understand that I will be automatically added to a marketing database and sent newsletters, which I can unsubscribe from at any time.
