Increasing breast milk levels
Having enough breastmilk to feed your hungry baby can be difficult for some new mums. Tiredness, sleep deprivation and hormone imbalances can make a lot of new mums physcially weak, which can affect milk production.
Acupuncture and Chinese herbs can been shown in research to boost milk production allowing for greater baby weight. By regulating hormones and increasing energy and blood levels can increase milk production.
My treatments also give lifestyle and dietary advice to further assist with breast milk production.
