Can You Eat Before Having Acupuncture?

Yes, you can eat before having acupuncture treatment

It's best not to have acupuncture treatment on an empty stomach as you may feel dizzy or light headed afterwards, so eat before if you're hungry, but don't eat a heavy meal.
