BL 34 is the fourth and lowest of the Eight Liao sacral foramen points. Combined with BL 31, 32 and 33 it forms the complete Eight Liao prescription for sacral and pelvic conditions. Electroacupuncture across BL 31–34 produces powerful sacral plexus stimulation used for chronic pelvic pain, endometriosis and bladder disorders.
