BL 15 is the Back-Shu point of the Heart. Combined with HT 7 (Yuan-Source point) it forms the Back-Shu / Yuan-Source pair — one of the most important combinations for insomnia, anxiety and cardiac disorders. Combined with CV 14 (Front-Mu of the Heart) it forms the Front-Mu / Back-Shu pair for direct Heart organ treatment.
7. Treatment at my clinic
I use BL 15 as part of tailored acupuncture prescriptions for conditions including Insomnia, Anxiety, Depression. Each treatment is individually designed following a full TCM assessment.
