1. Overview
GB 2 — Tīng Huì (听会) — is an acupuncture point on the Gallbladder meridian. Its English name, Meeting of Hearing, reflects the point’s classical character and location. It is used regularly in acupuncture practice for a range of conditions.
I am Dr (TCM) Attilio D’Alberto, a member of the British Acupuncture Council with over 25 years of clinical experience. I practise at my clinic in Wokingham, Berkshire.

6. Clinical notes
GB 2 forms part of the 'three ear gate' cluster with TB 21 and SI 19. These three points are needled simultaneously for tinnitus and hearing disorders. GB 2 is the primary Gallbladder point for ear conditions, combined with TB 17 and GB 20.
7. Treatment at my clinic
I use GB 2 as part of tailored acupuncture prescriptions for conditions including Tinnitus, Jaw pain and TMJ. Each treatment is individually designed following a full TCM assessment.
