This page explains when payment is due and how you can pay. You can see the cost of each treatment on the treatment prices page.
When payment is due
Payment is required at the time of scheduling for all appointments, whether online or in person. You pay when you book your appointment.
Payment methods
At the clinic you can pay by cash, bank transfer or card. If you would like to pay by bank transfer, the account details will be provided on request.
Paying for your Chinese herbs
The cost of Chinese herbs is additional to the consultation fee — £35 per week within the UK and £45 per week within Europe. Chinese herbs must be paid for when you order them. You can also re-order a prescription without a further consultation for a small admin fee. See the treatment prices page for the full breakdown.
Receipts and insurance
A receipt is provided after payment for each session, which is suitable for claiming reimbursement from your insurer. I do not bill insurance companies directly — payment is made at the time of treatment and you then claim back from your insurer. Please confirm your cover before starting treatment. See private health insurance for more.
