Research has shown that acupuncture can help people recover from the virus. There is no cure for COVID-19 but there are several vaccines undergoing clinical trials.

There are many natural herbs (medicinal plants) that you can easily source and take each day to improve your immunity and prevent infection. They include:

- Astragalus (Huang Qi)
- Chinese red dates (Jujube)
- Brown sugar

5. Clinical trials
Currently, there are over hundred clinical trials using traditional Chinese medicine to treat COVID-19 with 126 trials according to the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. These studies show that Chinese herbs can play an important role in the fight against coronavirus (COVID-19).
